Я в общем так скажу - надо меньше всем говорить, что "у меня всё плохо"... гораздо легче будет и тебе и другим людям ;-)Впрочем, иногда излить душу другому человеку - это помогает, но просто - по жизни быть пессимистом это не true....(никаких намёков на личность - "мысли вслух" , так сказать )
