The point is that I never complained about my songs being used by Vladik. That thread on Sonic Retro wasn't started by me, and I never attacked Vladik in any way. In fact I just sent him the two songs he asked me for. So, as far as I'm concerned, everything is alright now.

First of all let me apology if I'm going to write in English, but I can't speak Russian, and I won't venture into Google Translator because most of the times it produces wrong results. I'll try to keep my posts as simple as possible. There is no problem at all for me if someone wants to use my songs in other hacks, I've never been a hoarder, and I'm actually glad to see that someone likes my music (because you wouldn't use my songs if you didn't think that they are great, would you? ;D ), and for this reason I'm not here to complain, nor to ask you to remove the stolen content from your hack. However, as a general rule, keep in mind that it's always good to ask beforehand, at least to let me know that you want to use my songs in your hack. If you asked I could have sent you the source files, saving you the time to break open my rom (on a side note, congratulations for that, since the data was all scrambled). Also, a line of credit is all I ask for, you should try to fit a "music: nineko" or something like this in your release credits, because I don't mind if you use my songs, just don't try to take the merit for them :p That said, if you or someone else needs some songs in the future, just feel free to ask, and remember to give credit whenever it's due t^_^
